Warehouse in Streamsoft Prestiż?The shop will stand on the same stock.
We connect to Prestiż two ways: directly to the database or via its API, we pick the one your installation exposes. The catalogue, contractors and price lists come in from the ERP, and orders go back there as documents.
Goods, groups, units and tax rates come in from the ERP structure. With them come contractors, their branches and their account managers.
Price lists, individual prices and promotions come down from Prestiż, so a B2B customer sees in the shop exactly the terms they have with their sales rep.
A sale in the shop lands in Prestiż as a document, not as an email. Warehouse and accounting keep working where they always have.
What comes down from Prestiż to the store, and what goes back
This list comes from the code of implementations we run in production, not a leaflet. If something is missing from it, we will say so plainly during the installation review.
| Products and variants from the records | ERP to store |
|---|---|
| Business partners with branches and delivery addresses | ERP to store |
| Price lists with their items | ERP to store |
| Individual prices and promotions | ERP to store |
| Account managers and sales representatives | ERP to store |
| Currencies, units and VAT rates | ERP to store |
| Warehouses and stock | ERP to store |
| Order statuses, payments and shipments | ERP to store |
| Store orders as sales documents | store to ERP |
Two routes into Prestiż
We connect to the Prestiż database and read directly from its structures: records, business partners, price lists and documents. The widest route, with order export into the ERP as documents.
When database access is closed, we use the Prestiż REST API. The catalogue, business partners and price lists come in through the path the ERP vendor provides. A client without database access is not turned away.
Your sales rep sets up nothing by hand
The contractor card is the source of the B2B account. Branches, price list and individual prices come with it, so the customer logs in and sees their own terms, with nobody retyping them into the shop.
- Branches and delivery addressesInvoice profiles and addresses to pick in the cart
- Contractor price listNet prices calculated from that list
- Individual prices and promotionsThe individual price joins the shop's price selection
- Sales repThe assignment stays in the panel, nobody picks it twice
- Currency and VAT ratesPrice list currency on the partner's screen, VAT on the invoice
The pairs come from the sync list above and add nothing to it. We confirm the scope on your installation during the review.
From review to launch, together with you
- step 1Installation review
We check the Prestiż version and which route we can use: database or API. After this review you receive the implementation quote.
- step 2Route choice and access
We set up a secure connection: Firebird database access or an API account, always with restricted permissions.
- step 3Mapping
You point to the warehouses, price lists and partner groups that should reach the store. We agree how orders return to the ERP.
- step 4Test on a few items
A sample product import, a test partner's price list and a test order travel the full route before the whole thing goes live.
- step 5Launch and schedule
We switch on synchronisation on a schedule matched to your catalogue size and the number of price lists.
Three things on your side. The rest is on us.
- access to the Prestiż database or its API (during the review we check which route is open)
- a person who knows your Prestiż configuration
- the list of warehouses and price lists that should reach the store
You receive the implementation quote after the installation review. It depends on four things:
- the connection route: Firebird database or the Prestiż API
- the number of warehouses and price lists to map
- the scope: whether individual prices and account managers are in play
- how orders are exported into documents
We quote ERP integrations individually, after reviewing the installation, from 999 PLN net. You do not pay the cost up front: we spread it over months and add it to your subscription, and the subscription is at least 10% cheaper for the first year of the contract.
We launch the Prestiż integration together with you and quote it individually, after reviewing your installation.
- choosing the route: direct to the database or via API
- mapping goods, price lists and contractors
- a test on a few items before the whole lot goes live
what changes day to day
Price lists and individual prices come down from Prestiż, so a partner sees in the store exactly the terms they have with their account manager.
The store sells from Prestiż warehouse stock. The same source your warehouse looks at.
A store sale lands in Prestiż as a document, not an e-mail to retype. Warehouse and accounting keep working where they always have.
