Warehouse in WAPRO Mag?Your shop runs on the same stock.
The catalogue and stock come from WAPRO natively, with no integrator in between. Documents go back into your ERP, and Allegro and couriers sit in the same panel as your orders. The rollout is quoted individually, after a review of your installation.

path of a single record
SL-NORD-ANCItem codes, warehouses and amounts are examples. Document names match what the integration actually creates.
Item codes, prices and product groups enter the shop from the structure you already keep in the warehouse.
The warehouse stays the single source of truth. Sales in the shop and on Allegro draw down the same stock.
Orders and sales documents return to WAPRO, so accounting keeps working where it always has.
One record, two directions
The warehouse item fields and the product page fields are the same data, only seen from two sides. Below you can see what matches what.
- INDEKS_KATALOGOWYcatalogue codeSKU
- CENAprice from the “Online store” levelprice in the store
- STANstock from warehousesavailability, total across warehouses
- STAWKA_VATVAT rate from the dictionaryrate on the product page and the invoice
The item file on the left is a diagram, not a screenshot from WAPRO Mag. Sample data.
What exactly comes down from WAPRO Mag, and what goes back
This list comes from the integration code, not a leaflet. Writes to WAPRO go exclusively through the official Asseco stored procedures, so document numbering and reservations behave as if someone issued the document at a desk.
| Products with the catalogue index as SKU | ERP to store |
|---|---|

One route, straight from the database
Torveo connects to your WAPRO MSSQL database. Reads come from the warehouse tables; writes go exclusively through the official Asseco stored procedures, in a single transaction. No intermediate files, no manual exports.
From review to launch, together with you
- step 1Installation review
We check the WAPRO Mag version, warehouses and price levels. After this review you receive the implementation quote.
- step 2Access
We set up a secure connection to the database: VPN or tunnel, plus an account with restricted permissions.
- step 3Mapping
You point to warehouses, a price level and document rules: what should be created in WAPRO after an order.
- step 4Test on a few items
A sample product import and a test order travel the full route before the whole thing goes live.
- step 5Launch and schedule
We switch on synchronisation on a schedule matched to your catalogue size. Import reports are visible in the panel.
Three things on your side. The rest is on us.
- access to the WAPRO Mag database (VPN or tunnel) and a read-permission account
- a person who knows your WAPRO configuration
- the list of warehouses and price levels that should reach the store
You receive the implementation quote after the installation review. It depends on four things:
- how we connect to your WAPRO installation
- the number of warehouses and price levels to map
- document rules: what should be created in the ERP after an order
- the scope of testing before launch
We quote ERP integrations individually, after reviewing the installation, from 999 PLN net. You do not pay the cost up front: we spread it over months and add it to your subscription, and the subscription is at least 10% cheaper for the first year of the contract.
We bring the WAPRO integration live with you, on your own configuration.
- a walk-through of your warehouse structure
- mapping of items, prices and tax rates
- a test on a handful of items before the whole catalogue moves
what changes day to day
The store sells from the stock your warehouse sees: the sum of WAPRO warehouses, refreshed automatically.
A purchase in the store lands in WAPRO as a ZO with correct numbering and reservation. Nobody retypes anything.
Every import run leaves a report in the panel: what came in, what changed, what needs attention.
