Use the Net / Gross switch above the plans. Gross is the default, because that is what actually leaves your account. Buying as a company? Switch the view to net and enter your VAT number and company details at sign-up. They go on the invoice, which we issue once the payment goes through and send by e-mail.

Yearly billing is 10% cheaper and that is the only difference in price. The first-year promotion applies either way, monthly billing included, so you do not have to pay a year upfront to get it.

Zloty, euro, pound or dollar. Each currency has its own price list rather than a daily conversion, so the amount does not shift between one login and the next. You pick the currency in the top bar. More are on the way, including Czech, Swedish and Danish crowns, the forint and the leu.

No. Every plan is complete without a single add-on, and the list is deliberately short, covering situations you only run into later: another warehouse, another admin account, more file storage, full white-label. You switch them on in the panel whenever you need them and off the same way.

The store keeps selling, nothing shuts down. Limits cover how many products your catalogue holds, how many accounts the panel has and how many Allegro listings you run: Start means 1,000 products, 2 accounts and 500 listings, Grow means 50,000 products, 5 accounts and 10,000 listings, Pro removes the product limit and gives you 15 accounts and 100,000 listings. As you approach a limit you move up a plan or add an extension, and we settle the difference pro rata.

Enterprise is Pro without limits, plus the things that cannot be priced in advance: an SLA, a dedicated account manager, onboarding, integrations written for your system, your own carriers, TikTok Shop and full white-label. The price depends on the scope of integrations and the resources required, which is why there is a conversation instead of a number. If Pro is enough for you, stay on Pro, and we will say so plainly.

For the subscription itself, neither: we charge no activation fee and we do not tie you to a 12 or 36 month contract. You pay for the period you use and can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. We take no sales commission and no per-order fee either. There is one exception, an ERP implementation: there we sign a fixed-term contract, because that is the term the implementation cost is spread over. The price does not change for its whole duration, and the scope of work and the deadline are written into the contract.

Services you buy from someone else and settle directly with them: payment provider commissions, carrier costs, SMS messages and the API keys for the AI module. We add no margin to those and do not act as a middleman. Everything else is included: every payment method, every carrier, your domain with an SSL certificate and the mobile app.

The connection yes, the implementation no. Every integration in the catalogue, Allegro, payments and couriers included, runs on your plan at no extra cost. Hooking up a warehouse system is different: it is work on your database and your configuration, so we quote it individually after reviewing the installation, from 999 PLN net. You get the amount before we start, not after. You do not pay for the implementation up front: we spread it over months and add it to your subscription, and the subscription itself is at least 10% cheaper for the first year of the contract. The larger the implementation, the larger the discount.
