One customer.
The whole story.
Account, addresses, orders, points, consents, cart and conversations on one record in the panel. Torveo works out from your data when a customer will return, and when they don't, it reminds them by e-mail, push or SMS.
One customer's journey
- 01day 0
A guest browses
Product, category, search and cart land on the timeline. The guest session is stitched to the account after login.
- 02day 0
Account or record
Sign-up, Google, Facebook or LinkedIn login, or a purchase without an account: the guest still has a record in the panel.
- 03day 0
Order and consent
Order 1042-004217, points credited, terms recorded with version, date and IP address.
- 04day 1
Torveo forecasts the return
torveo. The median gap between the customer's purchases gives an expected return date and churn risk. No AI, from your data.
- 05day 35
Reminder
The customer is late to return or left a cart: e-mail, push or SMS after 1, 3 and 7 days, at 9:00, only with consent.
- 06day 41
Returns with a coupon
Points converted into a discount code in the account, a review after delivery, an invitation for a friend from the referral link.
Everything about the customer
on one record.
No digging through three tabs and a spreadsheet. The record in the panel is designed around the question "who is this and what do we do with them".
- 01Everything the customer did and everything you promised them, on one record: orders, returns, complaints, reviews, chat conversations, tickets.
- 02A return forecast computed from their own rhythm, not the shop's average. A late customer joins the campaign list by themselves.
- 03Consent to the terms with version, date and IP address. Anonymisation and data export done by the customer in the account.
The three everyone asks about
The cart comes back by itself.
A cart idle for a day enters the cadence: e-mail, push or SMS after 1, 3 and 7 days, sent at 9:00 in your time zone. The recovery link expires after 14 days, and the report compares the result with a control group.
- 01Sent only to customers with consent or with an address left at checkout.
- 02You set the cart value threshold and the monthly SMS limit in the panel.
- 03Effectiveness measured against a control group, not wishful thinking.
A segment is a sentence, not a spreadsheet.
Four conditions you read like a sentence: how much they spent, how many times they bought, when last, and which tag they carry. Plus RFM recalculated nightly and forecasts: customers late to return join campaigns by themselves.
- 01Membership computed live, a counter with the date of the last recalculation.
- 02A segment is instantly an audience for the newsletter and SMS campaigns.
- 03A behavioural segment (viewed, searched, didn't buy) exports to CSV.
Points the customer turns into a coupon alone.
A point per złoty, bonus rules for a review or a third order in a month, tiers with thresholds. The customer converts points into a discount code in the account, with no e-mail to support. A referral gives points to both sides.
- 01A per-order points cap and the share of an order payable with points.
- 02Points expire after N days; the customer sees the date in the account.
- 03Gift cards with a PIN redeemed in the cart, next to points.
Communication
One message.
Three ways to the customer.
43 e-mail templates editable in the panel, with versions and a list of allowed variables. SMS from your SMSAPI account, push in the browser, live chat and tickets with history on the customer record. The customer sees everything in one account.
The customer rules their own data.
Export, anonymisation and a review of consents in the customer account, with no e-mail to support. You set retention once, and deleting an account carries through: to orders, events and marketing tools.
- account / privacydata export: profile, addresses, orders
- account / privacyaccount anonymisation, orders remain without data
- account / termsversion, date and IP of every acceptance
- newsletterdouble opt-in, unsubscribe with one link
