One panel. Whole store, whole team.

Dashboard, orders from every channel, products, customers and settings in one place. Roles for the team, a log of every change and the same panel on your phone, with barcode packing.

New order from Allegro. You see it in the panel and on your phone before you sit down.

Today's sales, orders to pack, open carts and returns on one screen.

    Fulfilment queue

    fulfilment · app

The warehouse packs with the phone scanner. The label prints itself, the customer gets a tracking number.

    Customer care

    orders · after-sales

Return, complaint and note on the order card. Change history right there, not in emails.

Dashboard and search

Mornings: you see what's happening. No searching.

After login: the day's numbers with trends, orders from every channel and what's waiting for your decision. When something is missing, ⌘K searches orders, customers, products, panel screens and individual settings at once.

Team and roles

Everyone sees what they should.

Invite a person by email, pick a role, done. Permissions are counted per screen and per action, so a warehouse worker won't see margins and an accountant won't change a price. Four roles to start, custom ones from the same blocks. Every person's menu looks different, because it should.

Mobile app

A phone instead of a scanner.

The warehouse worker logs in with a QR code from the panel and sees only the packing queue. The camera reads EANs, every item ticks off on the list, and the label goes to the warehouse printer. The owner has the dashboard, orders, products and customers in the same app.

  • 01Login with a QR code from the panel (Settings, Team, Mobile app) or a password with MFA.
  • 02Start screen per role: the warehouse worker gets the fulfilment queue, the owner gets the dashboard.
  • 03Packing: EAN scan with the camera, ticking off items, closing the parcel and a label on the printer.
  • 04Orders, products, customers, returns and complaints from your phone, with the same permissions as in the panel.

Audit log and security

Who, what and when. Always known.

Every change of price, status, permission and setting is saved with its author and time. When something doesn't add up, you check the log instead of asking the team.

Two-factor loginTOTP from an app and backup codes, for the whole team
Mobile devicesa list of phones with access, disconnect with one click

second factor and devices

A code from the app at every panel login. Phones with access are on one list and you disconnect them when someone leaves the team.

Routine in the background

Part of the work happens while you sleep.

The platform schedule does the things people usually forget: reminds about unpaid invoices, closes old carts, pulls stock from ERP and rates from NBP. You don't configure it, it just works.
