Wholesale that orders itself.

A company account with staff, net prices from the customer's price list, payment terms and a credit limit. Your partner places an order at 23:40, you see it in the morning together with the invoice. No phone calls, no spreadsheets.

01

The journey of one wholesale order

  1. 01day 0

    The company registers

request · white list · VIES

A request with a VAT ID. Name and address from the MF white list, EU VAT from VIES. You approve with one click, or VIES does it for you.

  2. 02day 1

    An employee orders

    sub-accounts · approval threshold

The owner invites people by email. Everyone has their own login but buys on behalf of the company: its price list, its credit, its invoice.

  3. 03+0 s

    The price calculates itself

    8 sources · 3 strategies

Customer price list, group discount, individual price, quantity tier. The store's strategy decides which one wins, lowest by default. Net on screen, gross on the invoice.

  4. 04+2 min

    Order in Torveo

    1042-004231

Above the threshold it waits for the company owner's approval. Below it goes straight through, with payment terms instead of a gateway.

  5. 05+2 min

    Invoice with terms

    KSeF · balance · limit

The invoice is issued with the deferred order and goes to KSeF. The customer's balance grows by the amount, the limit guards the rest.

  6. 06day 11

    Reminder, then payment

    dunning · statement

An email three days before the due date, more after it. Arrears suspend the credit, a payment unlocks it. Statement in the partner's account.

Five screens every wholesaler asks about

02 · company account

One company, many people, one balance.

The account owner invites staff by email. Everyone logs in on their own but buys on behalf of the company: its price list, its credit, its invoice. An order above the threshold waits for the owner's approval, below it goes straight through.

  • 01Account request with a VAT ID: name and address from the MF white list, EU VAT from VIES, attachments from the business register.
  • 02Ordering permission and an approval threshold set separately for each employee.
  • 03Several invoice profiles on one account: branches, companies, warehouses.
03 · price

Eight price sources. You decide which one wins.

Customer price list, group discount, individual price, quantity tier, promotion. You pick the strategy per store: lowest wins, price list decides, or highest wins. The engine calculates it on every view and you can see in the panel where the price came from.

  • 01Net prices on the partner's screen, gross and VAT on the invoice. Price lists in PLN, EUR or another currency.
  • 02A table view of the store for wholesale: SKU, tier, price, quantity, all on one screen.
  • 03The customer's price list available as CSV and as an XML feed at their own address.
04 · ordering

Paste a list of SKUs. The rest is in the cart.

Your partner doesn't click through the catalogue. They paste a list of codes with quantities or add a whole saved shopping list. The system recognises the items, calculates net prices from their price list and enforces order minimums and pack multiples.

  • 01Shopping lists per season, per department, per store. One click and the whole list is in the cart.
  • 02Order minimum by value, weight or units, separately for wholesale. Checkout won't let a smaller one through.
  • 03A sales rep can place an order on the customer's behalf, at their prices and on their credit.
05 · quote

A quote the customer turns into an order themselves.

The sales rep builds a quote with frozen prices and an expiry date. The customer gets a link, reviews it, downloads the PDF and accepts. The order is created on its own, at the quoted prices, with nothing retyped.

  • 01Numbering OF/2026/08/00041, status from draft to order, a reminder before expiry.
  • 02Quote requests from the product page, the cart or the made-to-measure bundle configurator.
  • 03Does the partner resell? They issue their own quote to their customer, with their own margin, straight from their account.
06 · trade credit

Payment terms instead of a gateway.

An approved customer pays by transfer after delivery. The limit guards exposure, the balance grows with an order and falls with a payment, and reminders go out on their own. Arrears suspend the credit, a payment unlocks it.

  • 01Balance statement by age: current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, over 90 days.
  • 02Partial payments, corrections and limit release after payment, with no manual bookkeeping.
  • 03Credit exposure report in the panel: who, how much and since when.

for the partner's ERP

Their system orders in yours.

A large partner doesn't log into the store. Their ERP sends a key-signed order with its own number and gets a Torveo number back. Same credit, same minimums, same invoice. Prices and stock come from an XML feed at their own address.

ERP · on both sides

Your stock from ERP, their orders into ERP.

Catalogue, stock and prices flow from your system into the store, wholesale orders and invoices flow back. The partner connects their ERP through the B2B Order API or takes the price list from a feed. ERP integrations are built together with you, on your configuration.
