What a shop on IdoSellreally costs.Let's do the maths.
IdoSell bills differently from the rest of the market: not a percentage of turnover and not a flat subscription, but an amount per order. That changes the whole arithmetic, because the bill grows with the number of parcels, not with their value.
Every figure below comes from IdoSell's own pages and we checked them on 4 September 2026. Price lists change, so if you are reading this later, look at the sources under the text. The structure of the bill is unlikely to change, and that is what matters most here.
A fee per order, not on turnover
On IdoSell you pay for every order handled. On the Business plan that is 1.59 zł for a shop order and 0.55 zł for a non-shop one; on Expert+ it is 1.49 zł and 0.49 zł; on Enterprise 0.85 zł and 0.42 zł. The Start plan is free up to 20 shop and 30 non-shop orders a month, and switches to Business once you pass the limit.
This model has one very good side and one that is easy to miss. The good one: at a low volume you pay pennies, and with no sales you pay nothing at all, which cannot be said of any subscription, ours included. The easy to miss one: the fee does not depend on basket value, so a shop selling cheap small goods pays exactly the same per parcel as a shop selling furniture.
The same shop in three sizes
Take three sizes and count the order fees alone on the Business plan, without payments or extras. At 100 orders a month that is 159 zł. At 500 orders, 795 zł. At 2,000 orders, 3,180 zł. The bill grows in a straight line, with no ceiling and no threshold where it levels off.
Cheaper rates on higher plans lower the slope but do not change the shape of the graph. The same 2,000 orders cost 2,980 zł on Expert+ and 1,700 zł on Enterprise. Do the sum on your own parcel count from last month rather than a yearly average: a per-order model hurts most at the peak of the season, which is exactly when you are happiest about sales.
What comes on top of the order fee
Payments are separate, as everywhere. IdoPay takes 1.09-1.55% for PayByLink, BLIK and PayPo, and 0.69-0.99% for cards. On the Expert+ and Enterprise plans, external payment systems such as Klarna, PayPal, Stripe or InPostPay carry no commission on IdoSell's side.
The Allegro integration is included in the subscription, with no activation fee and no surcharges for features, that is, fairly, a real strength of this platform. The bridge to WAPRO Mag, IdoSell Bridge, is built by the vendor itself and comes with 30 days of trial, after which a subscription applies according to the price list. Each additional shop in a multistore setup costs extra, and you learn the amount only after contacting them.
The same bill in Torveo
The difference is structural, not cosmetic: we charge a flat subscription and no per-order fees, so your bill does not grow as the number of parcels grows. At a dozen or so orders a month IdoSell will come out cheaper than any subscription, ours included, and there is no point pretending otherwise. You can work out the point where that flips yourself: divide the price of our plan from the pricing page by the per-order rate on your IdoSell plan, and you get the monthly parcel count above which a flat fee starts to win.
The conclusion is not that IdoSell is expensive. It is that IdoSell is cheap for the small and steadily dearer for the growing, because you pay per unit rather than for capability. If you ship a dozen parcels a month, take it seriously. If you are planning a season with a thousand orders, take it even more seriously.
