What a Shoper storereally costs.Let's count.
The advertised price is the first-year subscription. The real bill is the renewal subscription plus integrations, which on Shoper are separate apps with separate price lists. Every figure below comes straight from shoper.pl pages, as of September 1, 2026.
This text is not guesswork from other people's blogs. We checked every amount on the vendor's pages on publication day: the full service price list, the Allegro integration page and the WAPRO Mag integration page. Prices can change, so if you are reading this later, go to the source. The structure of the bill is unlikely to change, and that structure is the point here.
Subscription: first year versus renewal
The Standard plan paid yearly costs 339 zl net in the first year. Renewing the same plan costs 3588 zl net per year, more than ten times as much. This is not an accusation: launch promos are the industry norm, ours included. But a store budget should be counted from the renewal price, not the banner price, because a store is opened for years, not for twelve months.
Extras from the price list
On top of the subscription come items from the full price list: an SSL certificate at 169 zl net per year, domain registration from 139 zl net per year, and if you want round-the-clock technical help, 24/7 care costs 149 zl net monthly. Small individually, together with the renewal they add up over a year.
Integrations: separate apps, separate price lists
Allegro is not built into the panel. The integration runs through the external Apilo app. Shoper lists a Lite package at 0 zł net a month for its own shops, and Apilo's price list starts paid packages at 39 zł net a month for Starter: up to 100 orders, up to 2,000 listings, stock synced every 2 hours and prices every 4. The package is picked automatically from your order and listing volume, so the bill grows with your sales.
A WAPRO Mag warehouse connects through the external WfSync integrator by RTNET: a subscription of 1788 zl net per 12 months. Beyond the cost it means a third system in the data path: the store, the integrator and the ERP, each with its own support.
AI product descriptions are also an external app, billed per piece: 1.75 zl for a description up to 1000 characters and 2.50 zl for an extended one up to 2500 characters (promotional rates; the price list also shows standard rates of 3.50 and 5.00 zl). With a catalogue of a few hundred products the math is easy.
Payments
Shoper Payments cost from 1.58% plus 0.39 zl per transaction. That is a market-typical rate and we list it for completeness: payment fees are a cost on every platform, ours included, because payment operators charge them.
The same bill in Torveo
In Torveo integrations are not apps with their own subscriptions: Allegro is part of the platform from the Start plan already (up to 500 listings) together with Erli, and the AI module is in every plan and runs on your own key, you settle up directly with the model provider, with no margin from us and no per-description rate. You do not buy an SSL certificate. The WAPRO Mag integration connects directly to the warehouse database with no external integrator, but its rollout is quoted individually, after a review of your installation: a one-off job on your configuration, not a middleman's monthly subscription. Current plan prices are on the pricing page. You pay separately for external providers' services, such as payment operators' fees, and you pay them, not us. The same goes for every ERP, not only WAPRO Mag: we connect Streamsoft Prestiż and Subiekt nexo the same way, straight from the database, and we quote each implementation individually, after reviewing the installation.
The conclusion is not that Shoper is expensive. The conclusion is that a Shoper bill consists of the renewal subscription plus apps you have to add up yourself. Count your basket of integrations before comparing bare subscriptions, because that is usually where the difference lives.
